In the past few years, I've volunteered some consulting time with a number of small nonprofit groups in my town which led me to gain some insight into how they produce change. -

Last weekend I packed a head cold and a southern nonchalance towards weather preparation1, and flew northeast to attend The Lead Developer conference in New York. It wasn’t until I got there that it occurred to me I had bought my ticket based entirely on my experiences at the 2018 version of this conference in Austin, and had no idea who was going to be speaking at this one. -

Last weekend I had the great privilege of attending LeadDev Austin. As far as I’m concerned, the folks at White October knocked it out of the park! For a one day conference where the longest talks were 30 minutes, the speakers packed in plenty of valuable information. -
