I have spent most of my career immersed in the fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing intersection of technology, business, and people development. My work has spanned startups, midsize, and large global organizations, and covered a variety of industries.

Throughout these lived experiences, I’ve learned my real passion lies in helping companies and people unleash their full potential. No matter the complex problem, I am able to quickly inspect the landscape, build strong relationships, and create a path forward inspiring people to achieve success.

The opportunity, learning, and joy from building high performing teams is incredibly valuable. I strongly believe when we focus on the success of others, we find success ourselves.

I enjoy furthering my personal mission to be better and do better by supporting our community and those in need. I hold a B.A. degree from Muskingum University, and am grateful for my well-rounded education, built on a strong foundation of respect for humanity, continuous learning, and social good.
